Work Experience: Worked two summer internships at the News & Record in 2001 and 2002. Started full time in 2003 in the Rockingham County bureau covering ... everything. In 2004, I moved to the Greensboro office and started a three-year stint as the paper's higher education reporter. Since the fall of 2007, I've covered business with an emphasis on retail and real estate.
