Anyone can make an emotional appeal to open the doors of N.C. community colleges to illegal immigrants.

How else can they gain job skills and earn a decent living?

Sounds very nice.

But it's just feel-good words.

How many of these advocates back up their words with offers of good-paying jobs for these undocumented workers?

If the point of education is a job, hire them.

Just don't forget, it happens to be against the law.

And the feds will be watching.

Illegal should mean illegal.
They will be taking seats from Americans.
Yea, I know what it said.
Tuition will turn out to be free! Well not to use taxpayers.
The whole ploy of this is for the illegals to vote straight democrat.
Please do not tell me they do not vote! I worked the polls and felt like I was in Mexico.
The next order of business for Kay and Brad Miller, amnesty and open boarders.
My opinion, the liberals put insurance companies out of business today.
They must pay out 80% of their premiums.
Does not leave much for operating cost.
So they at least have to raise my premiuns often are go out of business.
Your darling Kay Hagan will vote to drop mecaid cost on us in two years. Can you say major tax increase!

Yeah Doug, I agree with Mary . That is a side splitter. Watching ? Like they are watching the 300,000 Federal workers that owe $3 BILLION in delinquent taxes to the IRS. Just chump change nowadays, huh ?

The Feds have been watching you for years, reading your e-mails, listening to your cell phones, sneaking into your house and checking out your property, Eye-Cams on every corner to watch you go to work, and just think, done without a constitutional warrent.........So Doug! Did the ancient western Roman Empire fall because their community colleges lower their standards to let in the Barbarian kids?
