GREENSBORO — Former President Bill Clinton will start his Friday here with a pair of campaign events for his wife.
Mr. Clinton will hold "A Solutions for America" rally at the Bryan YMCA, 501 W. Market St., Greensboro at 7:45 a.m. Friday. His next stop will be at 9:30 a.m. at High Point University's Slane Student Center.
Other stops on his seven-city swing through North Carolina are:
* 11:30 a.m.: Historic Salisbury Train Station, 215 Depot St., Salisbury
* 12:45 p.m.: A.L. Brown High School, 415 E. 1st St., Kannapolis
* 3:30 p.m.: Highland School of Technology, 1600 N. Morris St., Gastonia
* 5:30 p.m.: St. Stephens High School, 3205 34th St. Northeast, Hickory
* 8:15 p.m.: Asheville High School, 419 McDowell St., Asheville
Mr. Clinton last visited Greensboro in 2005, when he came for a benefit at Bennett College. His stops in North Carolina on Friday come a day after Sen. Hillary Clinton campaigned in Winston-Salem. Clinton's challenger, Sen. Barack Obama, was in Greensboro on Wednesday.
North Carolina's primary is May 6.
