David Leo Sillman, 49, is wanted by the Guilford County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to register as a sex offender.
Deputies say Sillman was convicted in July 1995 on charges of indecent liberties with a minor and was jailed for three years.
Upon his release, he registered as a sex offender, but he was arrested in 2002 after failing to notify authorities after he moved and spent nearly a year in jail.
Deputies say he has moved again from a residence at 812 Howard St. in Greensboro and failed to register his new address.
Sillman is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 178 pounds.
He has brown hair, green eyes and a scar on his right arm.
Byron Tyrell Haskell, 24, is wanted by High Point police on charges of felony obtaining property by false pretense.
Officers say Haskell is a suspect in an April 4 burglary at 1706 Hanover Court.
The burglary involved the theft of a 12-gauge shotgun.
Haskell is accused of pawning the weapon, which police have recovered.
He is described as black and 6 feet 4 inches tall.
Other identifying information was not available.
His last known address is 1723 Gavin Drive.
