World Religion Day observed in Greensboro

All God's Children, World Religion Day 2008, was celebrated at Temple Emanuel in Greensboro on Sunday.

World Religion Day was initiated in the 1950s by members of the Bahai faith in the United States.

It is now observed by people of all faiths in nearly 100 nations around the world.

The Greensboro observance of World Religion Day is sponsored each year by FaithAction International House and Piedmont Interfaith Council.
