GREENSBORO — A man suffered critical injuries early this morning after losing control of his car on Interstate 40, which slid off the road and rolled several times, police said.
Antonio Devon Abbott of Pelham was driving a 2001 Lexus sedan west on I-40 at a high rate about 1:40 a.m. Saturday when he lost control of his car, according to police.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car, police said.
Abbott was taken to Moses Cone Hospital, where he remained in critical condition as of Saturday morning.
