God makes very clear what marriage means
Shame on the News & Record for the Feb. 12 front page. We are all on notice of this newspaper’s stance on homosexual marriages. While a homosexual couple was displayed on the front page, the heterosexual couples were relegated to the Life section of the paper.
North Carolina citizens have a very important decision to make in May. I urge all those who worship the God of the Holy Bible whose Son, Jesus Christ, is their Lord and Savior, to make their voices heard. God ordained marriage between one man and one woman. Period. As disciples of Christ, we must stand up for what we know is right, using the Bible as our standard.
For far too long we, as followers of Christ, have remained silent. We must stand up for what we know is right — God’s Holy Word. God has abundantly blessed America; it is time that America blessed God.
