Mealy-mouthed foes chase a good governor

Once again, the mealy-mouthed politicians have caused a worthy gubernatorial candidate to drop out of the coming governor’s race. A race I think she could have won again, with a good coalition working with her. No, she didn’t walk on water, nor did she divert tornadoes away from North Carolina. She did, however, bring a lot of business to the state. Businesses that will not only hire qualified and trained employees but will also boost the state’s GNP.

I proudly voted for her during her first run and was ready and willing to vote for her again. She wanted a small sales tax increase to offset cuts by the state legislature. Tax increases are treasonous when Democrats propose them but necessary when proposed by Republicans.
