87-year-old's car, TV taken in home invasion

REIDSVILLE — Rockingham County sheriff’s detectives are investigating a home invasion that occurred about 6 a.m. Monday at 131 Windemere Drive in Reidsville.
Mitchell Wilson, 87, was asleep in his bed when he was awakened by several people who forced their way into his home. They took an undisclosed amount of cash, a 59-inch television and Wilson’s 2004, white Lexus LS 430 with the N.C. license plate number NTR-6156.
