Zali Mongolian Grill (676-4425, 676-4430) has opened at 4929 W. Market St., Suite 2108 in Greensboro.
The restaurant is in the space formerly occupied by Khan Mongolian Grill and Hibachi in a strip center next to FantaCity International Mall and G-Mart.

Patrons can create their own combination plates by choosing a protein, noodles and vegetables to be grilled to order.
Zali offers appetizers and desserts, including the flaming Zali Snowball.
Beer, wine and a full bar is available.

Zali will be open New Year’s Eve for an all-night buffet, including items catered by Saffron Indian Cuisine. There will be a DJ. Cost is $10 advance, $12 at the door.

White anchovies, fried egg and vegan-friendly tapioca-based cheese substitute are among some new pizza toppings.
