The report, prepared by our survey partner, Workplace Dynamics, shows that workers care a lot about whether:

• They feel genuinely appreciated on the job.

• They feel confident about their futures.

• They have good career opportunities.

We surveyed 57 companies of all sizes and ranked them by how well their employees scored them in several factors.
