Here are some pointers:
o Take advantage of promotional codes for places including Target, Macy's, Home Depot, HP, Travelocity, and 1-800 Flowers.
You'll find the codes at sites including www.promotionalcodes.com, www.couponwinner.com and www.promocodes.com.
o Stack those coupons or codes. Some retailers let you to use more than one coupon or code on the same offer. One example is Target, which lets you use a $5 off promotional code, coupled with a free shipping code.
o Take advantage of social media. Many retailers are posting special codes and promotions via Twitter and Facebook.
