Bell Partners adds to Greensboro properties

Bell Partners, which owns or manages 206 apartment properties in 16 states, has increased its Greensboro portfolio to six properties.
The company said Tuesday it has purchased and changed the name of Brassfield Park to Bell Brassfield.
With 336 apartments, the complex is one of the city’s larger upscale properties.
Bell has upgraded the club house and fitness center and added a public grill and bar area to the pool. In addition, it is upgrading many of the units and offering a variety of leasing prices based on the level of upgrade a tenant chooses.
