Sebastain Mingo, 46, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of assault and fleeing to elude arrest.
On Nov. 2, officers attempted a traffic stop on a van on Tuscaloosa Street. The van failed to stop and officers gave chase.
During the pursuit, the driver, whom police later identified as Mingo, struck a patrol car with his van. Officers say he later stopped the van, ran away and escaped.
Mingo is a black man, 5 feet 5 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
He may be driving a red 1992 GMC Safari van with N.C. tags YZK-3821.
His last known address is 1408 Bellevue St. in Greensboro.
Quontell Isley, 20, is wanted by police on charges of attempted breaking and entering, larceny of a dog and injury to property.
Officers say on Oct. 29, Isley attempted to break into a residence on Pichard Street. In the process, Isley is accused of damaging the home and stealing a pit bull puppy.
Isley is a black man, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his hands and arms.
His last known address is 2500 Glenhaven Drive in Greensboro.
