Deputies say since Aug. 13, Saddler has victimized multiple area banks through an elaborate check-kiting scheme.
Saddler, who opened accounts at the banks, is accused of altering his checks with fictitious information.
He allegedly writes checks out to himself and receives mostly cash when depositing the funds.
Saddler is a black man, 6 foot 1 inch tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his upper right arm.
His last known address is 103 Lillie Drive in Lexington.
Officers responded to a burglary Aug. 31 on Summitview Drive. Two women who lived there said someone entered their unlocked home while they slept and stole $2,200 in electronics.
The items were discovered Sept. 1 at a local pawn shop. The employee said the items were pawned by Shields.
