Update: Greensboro police said Shaquan Lamar Johnson was arrested Monday at 4508 Swift St. after police received a Crimestoppers tip.
Johnson's bond was set at $3,500.
Richard Blevins Jr., 35, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of larceny.
Officers say on Nov. 28, 2009, they responded to the Budget Inn at 512 Farragut St. on a stolen vehicle call.
The victim said he had been sharing a room with Blevins.
The man said he asked Blevins to place his wallet, which contained $1,300 in cash, in the glove box of the car. The victim said he later woke to discover Blevins and the car missing. Surveillance video shows Blevins leaving with the vehicle.
He is a white man, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and multiple scars and tattoos. His last known address is 2423 Ossipee Front St. in Elon.
Shaquan Johnson, 18, is wanted by Greensboro police on charges of breaking and entering and larceny.
Officers say on Oct. 27, 2009, they responded to a home on Britton Street regarding items there that didn’t belong to the resident. Officers spoke to a woman who said when she came home, her grandson, Johnson, and several other people were there. They were told to leave and grabbed a large flat-screen TV and ran out. Property left behind included jewelry and electronics that were stolen from a nearby house. Johnson was identified as a suspect in the burglary.
He is a black man, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
His last known address is 4508 Swift St.
