Water main break closes High Point street

HIGH POINT — The 400 block of East Lexington Avenue is closed to traffic this morning because of a broken water main.
The affected area is near Madison Street and is four blocks east of Main Street.
Drivers should seek alternate routes.
There was no immediate word on when city crews would be able to repair the water main and patch the street.
