Fuji Sushi (433 Pisgah Church Road, Greensboro; 282-2281) has opened at The Village at North Elm.
Fuji Sushi serves Japanese-style cuisine, including maki and temaki rolls, sushi, sashimi and hibachi items.
Special rolls include the Sunny Roll ($10) with tuna and avocado and the Lobster Dragon ($15).
Entrees (with soup and salad) include Mix Vegetables Tempura ($11), Chicken Teriyaki ($14) and Asian Spiced Chilean Sea Bass ($20).
Lunch specials, served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday, include any two rolls for $7.95 or three rolls for $9.95 served with soup or salad. Lunch entrees include Chicken Teriyaki ($7.50) and Sushi, Sashimi and California Roll Combo ($10). Bento Boxes ($11.95) are also available.
Noodle dishes, hibachi items and sushi bar items are available for lunch.
The restaurant offers a menu of hot (Edamame, Calamari) and cold (tuna tataki, octopus with ponzu sauce) appetizers and salads and soups, including miso and gyoza, a clear soup with dumplings.
Hours for Fuji Sushi are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 10 p.m. Sunday.

Cooking class pairs wine
Leigh Hesling, executive chef of Green Valley Grill (622 Green Valley Road, Greensboro), will lead a cooking class and wine pairing from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the restaurant.
