Time Warner Cable said today it has launched VoiceZone throughout North and South Carolina to provides access to control and monitor digital home phone service from any computer via the Internet.
Customers can change call settings, set up caller ID, access voicemail, block unwanted calls and set distinctive rings.
VoiceZone features visual voicemail, which allows users to view a list of voicemail messages, listen to them on the computer, delete unwanted messages, send home voicemail messages to e-mail and save messages. With Caller ID on PC, a person can see the number of the person who is calling their Digital Home Phone on any computer with Internet access.
Other features include selective call forward to redirect specific phone numbers to a different number and selective call blocking which can reject calls based on a specified list of numbers.
VoiceZone is available to Time Warner Cable digital home phone customers at no additional charge. It can be accessed through the “My Services” link on www.yourtwc.com.
