BURLINGTON — Police are looking for four men who broke into a home, assaulted two people and took a cell phone.
Burlington police said the incident happened at 1111 N. Logan St. at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Two people were inside the residence when four men broke in through the back door. Police said both victims were assaulted; one person received facial injuries that police said were not life threatening.
Police said one of the men was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun. The suspects took a cell phone and may have left in a white four-door Chevrolet Caprice.
Police did not identify the victims.
Police described the suspects:
* A black man between 25 and 30 years old who stands 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has a medium complexion and might have green eyes. He wore tan boots, blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
* A black man between 25 and 30 years old who stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 150 lbs. He has a small Afro hairstyle and wore dark clothing, including a dark hooded sweatshirt and a bandana over his face.
* A black man who stands 5-9 and weighs 150 pounds. He wore a black and red hooded sweatshirt and a black ski mask.
* A black man who stands 6-2 and weighs 200 pounds. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
