Elon women pull upset at Davidson

ELON 77, DAVIDSON 63: Ali Ford had 22 points to lead four Phoenix scorers in double figures Monday night as visiting Elon (10-15, 5-11 Southern) ended the Wildcats' three-game win streak.

FERRUM 72, GREENSBORO 61: Nikki Wilborn scored a game-high 26 points and Bianca Richburg added 19 and had 18 rebounds, but the Pride (6-13, 4-10) fell to the Panthers (15-5, 9-4) in a USA South game in Ferrum, Va.

GTCC 88, LENOIR CC 33: Amanda Campusano and Dragana Tomic scored 14 points each to lead the Titans (22-2, 6-0 conference) to a road victory. Tomic had 10 assists, and Daquondria Cuthbertson added 13 points and 12 rebounds for GTCC.

CHARLESTON SOUTHERN 66, HIGH POINT 60: Panthers freshman Erin Reynolds scored a career-high 18 points, but the Buccaneers (13-10, 5-5 Big South) closed with a 24-10 run to beat visiting High Point (13-10, 6-4).

APPALACHIAN STATE 73, WESTERN CAROLINA 59: The Mountaineers (14-9, 10-4 Southern) shut out the Catamounts (4-20, 3-12) for the opening 61/2 minutes of the second half and won in Boone.

HAMPTON 67, WINSTON-SALEM STATE 26: The Pirates (12-10) used a 29-0 run in the second half to rout the Rams (2-21) in Winston-Salem.

GARDNER-WEBB 59, LIBERTY 56: Junior guard Dominique Hudson hit a 3-pointer from the right wing with 18.7 seconds remaining to propel the visiting Bulldogs (19-3, 8-1) past the Flames (17-5, 7-2) in the Big South.

COASTAL CAROLINA 60, UNC-ASHEVILLE 41: The Chanticleers (14-8, 5-5) used a 26-2 first-half run to take control and beat the visiting Bulldogs (6-17, 1-9) in a Big South game.

NO. 21 GEORGIA TECH 68, CLEMSON 53: Brigitte Ardossi had 17 points and 13 rebounds, and the Jackets (20-5, 6-3 ACC) reached 20 wins for the fourth straight season with a win at Clemson (11-14, 2-7).

VIRGINIA 82, MARYLAND 68: Senior guard Monica Wright scored 12 consecutive points to open the second half and finished with 34 as the Cavaliers (17-6, 6-3 ACC) won at Maryland (16-8, 3-6).

NO. 5 TENNESSEE 69, VANDERBILT 60: Kelley Cain scored a career-high 19 points as the Vols (21-2, 9-1 SEC) rallied to beat the Commodores (17-7, 6-5) in Nashville.
