Denny's offering free breakfasts again

Monday, February 8, 2010
(Updated 9:00 am)

Denny's again will be offering free breakfasts at its restaurants across the country.

The Grand Slam breakfasts will be free from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at participating locations. The meal features pancakes, eggs, bacon strips and sausage links - two of each.

The restaurant ran the same promotion last year after an ad in the Super Bowl. Similar ads appeared during Sunday night's game.

Denny's has restaurants in Greensboro, Kernersville and Thomasville, according to its Web site.

Nobody said you had to go, so keep yourself at the house, I think it is a great idea.

i showed up to denny's last year when they did the free food giveaway... at 10 AM there was a line of about 100 people standing outside in the parking lot waiting to get in. needless to say, i left. free food is not worth standing in line for 2 hours in the cold
