Guilford County Sheriff BJ Barnes, one of the judgese this year, knows how to get all the meat off a chicken wing. Barnes says his favorite wing spots are Green’s Supper Club and Hooters. (He’s quick to explain that he goes to Hooters because his grandchildren like to watch ball games on the large TVs, and there are plenty of paper towels at each table.)
He says a Hooters waitress taught him how to debone a chicken wing at a law-enforcement event. Here's video of him:
