Guilford County Schools to close Wednesday

Because of inclement weather, Guilford County Schools will be closed on Wednesday for students.
It will be an optional teacher workday. All central offices will operate on a regular schedule. All after-school activities are canceled.
Guilford County Schools closed on Monday and Tuesday because of the snow and ice. Here are the make-up days:
- Feb. 18 to make up Monday.
- April 26 to make up for Tuesday.
- April 23 to make up for Wednesday.
Alamance-Burlington and Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school districts also will be closed on Wednesday.
