Southeast Middle teacher charged with sex crimes
GREENSBORO – Guilford County sheriff's deputies charged a Guilford County Schools teacher with felony sex offender violations Tuesday.
Southeast Middle School teacher Harold Robert Grant Jr., 57 of 4104 Galway Drive in Greensboro was charged with four counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count each of second degree sex offense, crime against nature and felony child abuse – sexual act.
Guilford County Sheriff's Office said the charges stem from an investigation of crimes occurring from Feb. 18, 1993, to Dec. 31. 2001.
Grant is in Guilford County jail under a $100,000 secured bond.
