Teen accused of setting home on fire, injuring brother

GREENSBORO – A local teen was charged with setting his house on fire and injuring his brother in the process.
Steven Anthony Hyler, 18, of 3129 Huffine Mill Road in Gibsonville was charged with first degree arson, burning personal property and malicious use of explosive causing injury.
Hyler set a bag of his older brother’s clothes and papers on fire with intent to injure his brother, who was in the house when the fire started, arrest warrants state.
Hyler is in the Guilford County jail in downtown Greensboro on a $25,000 secured bond.
