HIGH POINT — A fourth teenager has been arrested in connection with a shooting of a convenience store clerk earlier this week.
High Point police said they arrested Bradley Antwaine Stephens, 18, of 407 Crestline Drive. He was charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Stephens is being held in the Guilford County jail in High Point on a $550,000 bond. Police said he is a former Southwest High School student. Three other students charged in the incident are current Southwest students.
The charges follow the shooting of 23-year-old Waqar Gilani of Archdale and the robbery of the SkeetClub Grocery at 1533-C Skeet Club Road on Wednesday morning.
Gilani is in stable condition at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
