With the recent daily rains, it is incumbent that all drivers recognize that it is against the law to drive in the rain without turning on headlights. It also helps you to have windshield wipers going.
I asked a policeman why tickets were not written for drivers who violate this law. He stated that he did not have time to write such tickets because he was too busy investigating wrecks in the rain caused by people driving without headlights. Enough said.
