Overnight road work on I-40/85 in Alamance

BURLINGTON — State crews will close lanes on Interstate 40/85 one night this week in Alamance County so they can remove overhead signs.
Various lanes on nortbound I-85 (also eastbound I-40) will be closed starting at 8 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday
The construction work will take place near N.C. 49 at Mile Marker 145.
