'Most Wanted' suspect arrested in High Point

GREENSBORO — A man wanted on a robbery charge was arrested this weekend.
High Point police arrested Earnest Ray Kennedy Jr., 36, of 805 S. Elm-Eugene St. on Saturday. He remains in the Guilford County jail in High Point on an $11,000 bond. He was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of larceny.
The charges follow the July 25 robbery of the Kangaroo gas station at 3101 Pleasant Garden Road.
Kennedy was featured in "Guilford County's Most Wanted" on Oct. 26. He is the 133rd of 190 people featured to have been arrested, found or turned themselves in.
"Most Wanted" has run each Monday in the News & Record since Feb. 2008.
