DAVIDSON 1, UNCG 0: Lauren Conner's goal in the 19th minute lifted No. 4-seeded Davidson past top-seed UNCG 1-0 in a semifinal of the Southern Conference women's soccer tournament Friday.

HIGH POINT 1, RADFORD 0: Junior Jillie Johnston scored in the 99th minute to send the No. 7 High Point to the Big South Tournament final.

CHRISTOPHER NEWPORT 2, GREEENSBORO 0: Christopher Newport scored two early goals and held off Greensboro in a USA South semifinal.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING

GREENSBORO 93, SALEM 83: The Pride won both relays, and Taylor White and Danielle Horne won two events for The Pride (1-0).

VOLLEYBALL

N.C. A&T 3, WINSTON-SALEM STATE 0: Winston-Salem State (4-31) suffered a three-set loss to N.C. A&T (2-28) by scores of 25-10, 25-14, 25-17.

HIGH POINT 3, GARDNER-WEBB 0: Senior Megan Kaminskas had 10 kills and three blocks for HPU (16-14, 5-8 Big South) in the 25-22, 25-23, 25-22 win.
