GREENSBORO — The city will give a public update on its spending of federal stimulus money at a community meeting next week.
The session will run from 2 to 4 p.m. next Thursday at the Greensboro Historical Museum at 130 Summit Ave.
At the meeting, city staff members will talk about how the city is using money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, what type of money is available and how local business can apply for money.
The city also will unveil a new Web site so residents can track the progress of stimulus-funded projects.
