Why have you chosen to run for this office? I have chosen to run for re-election to continue my work on projects including the athletic field complex and to continue to have an influence on the everyday business matters of the town of Summerfield government based on my past commitment and experience with the town of Summerfield.
Key qualifications you would bring to the job: I bring the experience of a retired 30-year law enforcement officer bringing the qualification of even temper, administrative and supervisory skills to running the town government and town meetings. i have served on many town committees which have helped develop the town and its policies. I have served as a council member and mayor for a total of 10 years bringing this experience tot he town council

Please list the top three issues in Summerfield and your stances on those issues:
1. Whether to finish active recreation complex already begun which I have supported from the beginning.
2. How to save the Saunders Inn.
3. Dispute over the recently enacted 'tax holiday.’
If you were to give Summerfield a letter grade on its effectiveness in managing growth, what would it be? I would give Summerfield a grade of A in managing growth due to its large lots to help protect the watersheds.
