Grimsley teacher charged with indecent liberties with student

GREENSBORO – A Grimsley High School teacher was charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a student.
Stanley Jones III, 29, of 1916 Ray Alexander Drive in Greensboro posted a $5,000 bond Friday afternoon and was released from Guilford County jail.
An arrest report states that the incidents occurred Oct. 1 and Oct. 10.
Jones teaches social studies, according to the school Web site. He was also an assistant coach for the boys' basketball team.
Jones and Guilford County Schools officials could not be reached for comment Friday.
