GREENSBORO — Two vehicles including one that had wrecked were involved in a "rolling gunfight" that also resulted in bullets going through the bedrooms of a nearby home Monday, police said.
Greensboro police officers responded to shots fired about 6 p.m. near Phillips Avenue and Autumn Drive.
They found a gray Dodge Stratus with Maryland tags that had crashed.
They learned that car and another vehicle were involved in a gunfight along Ryan Street, police said in a statement.
Several bullets had struck a home at 1819 Ryan St., entering two bedrooms and damaging the side of the house.
The house was occupied but there were no injuries, police said.
No arrests had been made as of early Tuesday.
