The fall 2009 Triad Parade of Homes continues at homes across the region today.
The event is a collaboration between the Greensboro Builders Association and the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem. The two groups joined forces to market their respective Parades together to maximize exposure and increase opportunities for buyers.
The tour spans five counties and showcases 91 homes, including options for first-time buyers and high-end custom projects. Sizes range from 1,400 to 8,400 square feet, with prices from the low $100,000s to over $2 million, and styles include townhomes and single-family dwellings. Forty homes from GBA members are open for the event. (See www.triadhomes.com for a list.)
The Parade offers buyers the opportunity see the latest in construction techniques, exterior and interior design options, and energy-efficient technologies.
Trends like open floor plans, large master suites, granite countertops, ample storage and closet space, luxury bathroom amenities and expanded outdoor living areas will all be on display.
Greensboro Builders Association members have 40 homes in the fall 2009 Triad Parade of Homes. The entries are listed by location below, with the neighborhood featured first in each line. Visit www.greensborobuilders.org for more information.
