Morehead students charged with making bomb threats

EDEN — Police on Wednesday arrested two 18-year-old Morehead High School students for making bomb threats at the school.
Zachary Wayne Murphy, of 407 N.C. 700 in Eden, and Brandon Lee Stanley, of 1235 Norman Drive in Eden, are charged with making a false bomb report to a public building.
Police received reports of bomb threats at the school on Monday and Wednesday. Students had to be evacuated on both days.
Murphy and Stanley are being held in the Rockingham County jail under $100,000 bonds.
