Apartment complex to be sold at foreclosure auction

LEXINGTON — An apartment complex in Lexington will be sold next month at a foreclosure auction.

The Reserve at Regents Center has 144 units and is located at 100 Regents Center Court. The complex was built in 2003 and expanded in 2007, according to National Commercial Auctioneers, LLC, which is marketing the auction. Details about the actual foreclosure were not stated in a news release.

The property is a mix of 48 one-bedroom/one-bath apartments, 72 two-bedroom/two-bath apartments and 24 three bedroom/two bath apartments.

The foreclosure auction will take place on Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. at the Davidson County Courthouse in Lexington.

How would anyone be able to rent out apts. in a town that has No Jobs? No future prospects of jobs either.
