15-year-old Madison girl reported missing

MADISON – A 15-year-old Madison girl has been reported missing after she did not return home from school Friday.
Katherine "Kat" Nicole Leonard attended her first class at McMichael High School in Mayodan, but did not attend the remaining classes, the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office said.
She is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
Detective Steve Perkins asks anyone with information to call him at 634-3238 or call Rockingham County Crime Stoppers at 349-9683.
