Heather Seminara, 30, is wanted by police on charges of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
Officers said they went to the 600 block of Summit Avenue on Sept. 4 to check on a car parked the wrong way.
The driver, Heather Seminara, was unsteady on her feet. Two pill bottles were found in the car, neither prescribed to Seminara.
An investigation found that the actual prescription holder stopped taking the pills in 2008. The prescription was filled three times over the summer. The signature appears to be Seminara’s.
She is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 200 pounds. She has blond hair and hazel eyes. Her last-known address was 417 McAdoo Ave. in Greensboro.

The suspect at the house said he was with Darryn Franklin, who said the home belonged to a relative and they were picking up a few items. The men entered through the kitchen window after finding the front door locked.
Franklin is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 175 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and tattoos. His last-known address was 301 Ray St. in Greensboro.
