As media outlets change drastically or reduce in number, how will public relations professionals reach target audiences?
That's the focus of PRSA Tar Heel's daylong seminar Sept. 10 at High Point University.
Speakers at the professional development seminar include Nido Qubein, Eric Schwartzman, Jonathan Halls and Julie Barko Germany, with breakout sessions on social media, a media panel discussion, and tours of the new High Point University School of Communication.
The sessions will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost for members of PRSA Tar Heel is $99 and non-members pay $119 for the event, which includes a continental breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.
