Lane of southbound U.S. 29 to close Thursday

GREENSBORO — The right lane of southbound U.S. 29 will close from the Florida Street bridge to the Interstate 40/85 interchange beginning Thursday at 10 a.m. The lane is scheduled to reopen at 2 p.m.
State crews will remove vegetation from the closed area.
Motorists should use caution and expect delays when approaching this area. Weather conditions may impact time of closure.
