Brianna Williams, 18, is wanted by police on charges of second-degree arson.
Police had an arson call on Nov. 11 on Baker Street.
They found a fire had been set at the rear of the residence but had been put out by a resident.
Officers spoke to the victims, who said Brianna Williams had threatened to burn their house down.
Neighbors said they saw Williams at the back of the house and saw smoke after she left.
A fire marshal ruled the fire arson.
Williams is a black woman, 4 feet 11 inches tall and 112 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Her last-known address is 6012 Dawn Ridge Trail.
Luis Berrones-Casasola, 30, is wanted by police on two charges of taking indecent liberties with children. Detectives received a report Dec. 4, 2008, filed by the Guilford County Department of Social Services.
A 12-year-old girl alleged she was molested by Luis Berrones-Casasola.
The victim alleged the attacks began when she was 8 and continued through September 2008, according to the report.
Berrones-Casasola is Hispanic and 5 feet 6 inches tall. His weight is unknown.
He has black hair, brown eyes and his last-known address is 311-D Montrose Drive in Greensboro.
