Five Guys to open Greensboro restaurant

GREENSBORO — Five Guys will be bringing its burgers and fries to Greensboro with a new restaurant at Friendly Center.

The company is starting work today to convert the former Muse restaurant, said Brad Rogers, general manager of Friendly Center. Five Guys is targeting an opening in October, Rogers said.

The restaurant location is on Kathleen Avenue.

Five Guys' first restaurant opened in 1986 in Arlington, Va. It has numerous locations in North Carolina, including two in Winston-Salem, according to the Five Guys Web site.
