N.C. State's Ellis to transfer; 3 recruits not enrolled

RALEIGH — Four N.C. State football players won't be on the roster this season.
Coach Tom O'Brien said Thursday that cornerback Dominique Ellis will seek a transfer for personal reasons. Ellis had 13 tackles while playing in all 13 games as a freshman last season, mostly on special teams.
O'Brien also said three signees — offensive lineman Tyson Chandler, defensive tackle Raynard Randolph and wide receiver Bryan Underwood — will not enroll at N.C. State yet.
