Man charged with attempted murder

GREENSBORO — Police have arrested a 25-year-old man they say shot someone in the back three times during an argument Saturday.
Jeffrey Gray Hatcher Jr. was arrested Thursday afternoon in connection with a shooting in the area of 1605 Luray Drive, Greensboro police said.
Hatcher and the victim, whom police did not identify, had been arguing Saturday when the victim went to leave, police said.
Hatcher produced a small-caliber pistol, possibly a revolver, and shot the victim before fleeing, police said.
