Consumer Reports magazine rates the best sunscreens so you won't get burned at the cash register.
Two products in the SPF (sun-protection factor) 45-plus category that were "best buys," according to the magazine, were Walgreens' Continuous Spray Sport SPF 50 ($1.33 per ounce) and Coppertone Water Babies SPF 50 lotion ($1.34 an ounce).
Target's Sport Continuous Spray SPF 30 (87 cents an ounce) was the magazine's top choice in the SPF 30-45 category.
One deal you might want to check out is Coppertone Sport continuous spray SPF 30, which is on sale at Harris Teeter for $7.49 (6-7 ounces) until Tuesday.
The magazine rated it in the top five category in the SPF 30-45 category.

Get on the bus for free Thursday.
That's when the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation and other public transit groups across the country will participate in the fourth annual "Dump the Pump Day."
A link to the coupon that lets you ride for free can be found on my blog.
Organizers hope it will encourage more people to take public transportation, arguing it saves time and money.
But how much do you really save?
