Tina Rosanne Jenkins and Steven Mark Brinkley are pleased to announce their engagement. Tina is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory K. Jenkins and Steve is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve W. Brinkley. A summer wedding is planned.
