A&T farm featured on Food Network

The University Farm at N.C. A&T will be featured in "Throwdown With Bobby Flay" at 8:30 Wednesday night on the Food Network.

The show features Ed Mitchell, a Raleigh restaurateur and barbecue pit master, who credits some of his success to using the type of pastured hogs bred and researched at A&T.

The episode also will be aired at 3:30 a.m. Thursday.
