GREENSBORO -- The Carolina Dynamo and West Virginia Chaos settled for a 1-1 tie after the Dynamo saw two scoring threats deflect off the post in the closing minutes during Saturday night's PDL soccer match at Macpherson Stadium.

The tie left the Dynamo and Chaos with identical 2-1-2 records.

Both teams played the night before and fatigue was an factor. The Dynamo was coming off a 5-2 loss to the Reading (Pa.) Rage in a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup qualifier match on Friday.

The Dynamo threatened in the last minutes but two shots deflected off the post.

Carolina goalie Adam Mitchell was credited with four saves. West Virginia goalie Brock Duckworth also had four saves.
